Once orders are processed we offer prompt delivery - Jaqlene.com utilizes the services of the UPS.
Deliveries average 5-7 working days. Each package has a delivery confirmation number so we can
confirm your order arrived. You can track the status of your order on our site or use the link
that is in your order confirmation e-mail. This information is updated when your package is shipped.
You will be notified of any back ordered items.
The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required for delivery. A post
office box number is unacceptable. The recipient's telephone number is required for possible address
verification. If you are purchasing multiple products, you will need to select a shipping method for
each of your chosen products. Note that most of our products can be 'bundled' for shipping.
If you need assistance, please email our customer service department. There is an additional
shipping charge for packages being shipped to Hawaii.
